Getting There!
The Avignon TGV station is approximately 10 minutes away by car. The trains come straight from Paris and take around three hours from the Gare de Lyon to Avignon Station.. In many ways, traveling by train is a much more scenic and elegant way to travel without the stresses of commercial flight.
But the area is well served by commercial airlines with Marseilles Airport an hour away, and Nimes Airport 45 minutes away. Transport from those airports can be arranged locally at competitive rates or optionally, car rental companies can be found at both airports.
Driving is, of course, also a good option with ample room to park on the grounds or in the village.
